The SMS service offered by Capital Bank enables customers to keep track of their accounts 24 hours a day via their mobile telephone by sending push SMS messages as soon as any account transactions take place. In addition, customers can receive a balance statement through pull SMS messages upon customer's request.
The following explanation demonstrates how you can benefit from both these services:
Push SMS Messages:
These are SMS messages that customers automatically receive from the Bank that includes information on any deposits or withdrawals made to the customers' chosen accounts, in addition to information on any increase or decrease in the exchange rate.
Pull SMS Messages:
These are SMS messages that customers can send to inquire about their accounts, or a particular banking transaction. Customers must be familiar with the corresponding SMS code for each service, all of which have been predetermined by the Bank as special PIN numbers. These services enable customers to gain information on the following:
To activate this service, customers subscribed to Orange can send a pull SMS message to 0777444110, and Zain subscribers can send a pull SMS message to 0796009991.
