As part of our goals to expand the quality electronic banking and investment services to cater for its customers both inside and outside the Kingdom, and in line with our strategies geared towards providing swift, secure and easy processes to cater to our customers, Capital Bank entered into a tie-up with Qatar's largest bank, Doha Bank, for online transfer of funds (E-Remittances Service Agreement) regarding remittance transactions made by expatriates in Qatar.

The key features of the “E-Remittance” facility are :

• One Day Value date Remittances.
• No charges for remittance to accounts maintained with Capital Bank.
• Nominal charges for Non Capital Bank customers.
• All transfers are in JOD.
• Trade remittances up to a ceiling of 50,000 QR per transaction.
• Beneficiary is not required to have a Capital Bank account
• Remittances can be received in cash or through any other bank in Jordan
